As of February 1, 2010, free members will no longer be permitted to cash out. You can remain a member and use your earnings for advertising, but you may not cash out any earnings. YOU WILL BE PAID FOR EARNINGS UP TO AND INCLUDING JANUARY however, so please be sure the email address in your account is your paypal address. If it is not correct, you will not be paid.
